Yes we had that issue yesterday too, it seems to be working ok now at least  for me it is

Well the bonus is working as it should BUT winnings have greatly decreased and often minus scores now, so not sure what is up with that

So now since you reset the credits for all members even the paying members (what are we paying for?) which you initially said you wouldnt do and since the pay tables and chances of winning now for some reason are slim to none most of the time, some players are running out of credits in the middle a tour round even if they are betting less and when betting less when you get a bonus the lines reset to 20 so they have to reset the lines every time they get the bonus, this is  so ridiculous that many now are not playing in Halloween Slots anymore, can you please do something about this it has gone from bad to worse.

Hi! I'm sorry for the misunderstand. We never said that slot scores would not be reset. In fact, we have been resetting seasonal slot games scores since 2022 - this will be the 4th year in a row! An MVP Membership has multiple features - so when purchasing a membership, there's a lot more features available than a feature that is not really there (keeping your seasonal slot scores).

If your game is resetting, please take a screen shot and let us know. This has not been brought to our attention, nor has anyone sent in screenshots of this situation.

You did not reset last year, it said season 2023, i will try to get a screen shot of the lines resetting to 20 lines after a bonus

Since my video of the issue wouldn't open for you and since a screen shot won't show it, here is my suggestion:

go into Halloween slots set lines to 4 that is a total bet of 100 spin until you get a bonus click on the bonus then hit spin and you will see the lines changed to 20 and the total bet is now 500
