Hi! There sure is! One you click 'Tap to Start' you will be on the menu page. Here, you will see a question mark [?] in the top left corner. Press this question mark for detailed instructions on how to play. English is a unique feature that was added later - to use English or "Spin" - change the location of the red dot on the queue ball and see how it works!
