Hi AutumSplndr,
Google Chrome seems to work best for most users. If you are using Chrome and still having issues, Press Ctrl F5 on the keyboard. This action forces the page to reload regardless of the cached content by retrieving a completely reloaded page.
You can also try using Incognito Mode. This is a special mode that loads fewer plugins and extensions and can reduce lag. Press Control + Shift + N to activate this mode.

the game gin rummy is still messed up, it doesn't subtrract the points left in hand after the bot or person goes out

Basically we get thrown out of the game (boots us). The error message that comes up is "snapped"

I'm sorry but we do not understand your request for assistance. Can you please elaborate more what 'Snapped' means? This does not make sense to our staff or developers.

The Give It A Go Badge is awarded to a player for trying one's hand at the game, so you will need to play more than one game for this badge to be awarded.
Could you please let us know the details of the Bingo game you played when you said "BINGO keeps getting "snapped"?
